2013 Visual Arts 2013 Minnesota State Visual Arts Exhibition The 2013 exhibition highlights Judge's Choice Spotlight on the Arts winners from the statewide MSHSL Visual Art section festivals. The Judge's Choice winners are given the opportunity to display their work, discuss their artistic process, and celebrate their achievement at the Perpich Center for Arts Education. Exhibition Date: May 12th - 19th, 2013 Perpich Center for Arts Education Reception Date: May 19th 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm Perpich Center for Arts Education Reception Agenda: 1 – 1:30 PM: Check in and view show 1:30 – 2:30 PM: Welcome in the Performance Hall / Panel Discussion with art students from CVA about the transition from high school to an art school experience and what comes next / Certificate Presentation for the exhibitors 2:30 – 3:15 PM: Time for students to talk about their artwork to the attendees 3:15 – 3:45 PM: Take down of artwork For those of you who have attended in the past, you will notice a change in the venue. We were saddened to hear that the College of Visual Arts is closing and thus will not be able to host our event any longer. We are lucky to have The Perpich Center in our state and they have graciously offered to host the 2013 Exhibition.
