The Minnesota State High School League and Wells Fargo are excited to recognize a student from your team with the Most Valuable Teammate Award. This award goes to students who are great teammates—exemplifying leadership and a strong commitment to his/her team. We are providing you with a MVT Certificate of Recognition to honor one student from your team that meets the criteria below. We appreciate your support of this recognition program.
Characteristics of a Valuable Teammate:
o Positive influence on their team
o Commitment to the team—putting the team before self
o Demonstrates leadership and sportsmanship
o Respectful, reliable, and supportive
o Hard worker who is engaged and actively seeking a role on the team
Directions for preparing the certificate for your student-athlete.
The suggested paper is 65 lb cardstock. White.

2. Name of Sport--format is 2021 Girls Basketball or 2021 Boys Swimming and Diving or 2021 Dance
3. Date certificate is awarded.
