Media Organization Credential Information



Step 1:
Completed annually by each media organization administrator.

Registration must be done by media organization administrator. Each media organization should register once annually.
Note: Member Schools are not required to complete this step to have student media onsite at state tournaments. Member Schools should move to Step 3.
Step 2:
Ensure that your media organization is on the Approved Annual Media Organization List
2025-2026
This list is updated frequently.
Used to guide regular season and section tournament news coverage.
Step 3:
The media organization administrator applies for credentials for all media members at each state tournament.
State Tournament Coverage and Credential Application and Information
Onsite coverage at state tournaments requires the organization's administrator to complete an application for credentials for each media member for each tournament.
New 2025-2026: Headshot photo required to submit state tournament application for all media members. Photo requirements:
Must be a JPG, headshot, good quality, and must be smaller than 4MB
Note: Member School ADs should apply here for their faculty advisor and student/school media.
