Adjudication Information and Forms

Judges do more than just pick a champion; they provide useful feedback that assists artists in the educational process that the Fine Arts provide. This page will give Music judges useful resources and adjudication forms in one place.

Registration Information:

Fine Arts judges use Arbiter for registration and eligibility requirements. Steps to register can be found here, on the Fine Arts Judges page of our website. Registration will need to be re-completed every year. The annual registration fee is $15.

Judges who have registered and completed their eligibility will be on a list available to activities directors, Fine Arts coaches, and Section tournament personnel. This information is not available to the public, or anyone without an MSHSL dashboard.

Registration through Arbiter requires you to register under "Fine Arts" and select your desired activity - Music. When you have correctly registered and completed your activity-specific requirements, your Arbiter dashboard will reflect your completion by showing a Music icon. The green checkmark icon will show up when you have finished registering for Fine Arts. The blue music icon will show up when you have completed the requirements for Music. You will need to see both of these icons to be fully completed with registration and eligibility requirements. If you do not see both of the icons, you will not be listed on the eligible judges list.

Adjudication Forms

These forms will need to be printed and filled out using ink. They are not fillable PDFs.
