InSideOut Professional Development Opportunities begin in September!

In partnership with the Minnesota Vikings, the National Football League Foundation and the Minnesota State High School League, we are excited to invite you to join us this Fall as we launch new national InSideOut Cohorts.
InSideOut Leadership Part One - Creating a Clear Purpose Vision from the InSideOut takes athletic administrators InSide to answer the Four Questions of InSideOut Leadership, develop a Leadership Story, Transformational Purpose Statement, and gain clarity around the Purpose of Sports in their school community.
There are four training sessions in this learning experience. To accommodate your busy schedule, you can choose the dates that work best for each training session. Each training session builds upon the previous, so mark your calendars to attend all four sessions.
