MSHSL School Activities Administrators

Tournament Card Ordering Directions 

Tournament Cards provide admission to all state tournament events except Class AA Boys Hockey.

Tournament Cards provide standing-room-only access at Girls and Boys Swimming and Diving. 

Tournament Cards can ONLY be ordered for MSHSL Member School:

  • Activities Directors
  • Assistant Activities Directors
  • Activities Directors Administrative Assistants   

Orders placed for cards for others will be cancelled. 

*School Activities Administrators must be indicated as staff on their MSHSL School's page on the website.

Multiple orders will be processed throughout the year.  Orders will be processed and sent to the printer on the first of each month (September 2025 - May 2026).  Expect 3 weeks for delivery after each order has been processed. 

For your order to be processed, you must complete Steps 1 and 2 below.

Ordering Tournament Cards is a two-step process:   

Step 1

Upload a digital headshot photo following the criteria below and the naming format. 

  • Your photo must be in a .jpg format.  

  • If shot with a digital camera, make sure the camera is set to provide you with the highest resolution (file size) possible. 

  • If scanned from a print, the resolution of the scanner should be set to 300 dpi. 

  • The photo must be in color and should be composed so that at a minimum it shows the top of the head to at least the lowest point of the shoulders. 

  • The background should be plain/neutral, preferably white or light-colored. 

  • Avoid shadows on both the face and on the background.  

  • The perfect size is 1 inch wide by 1-1/3 inches deep. Any size between that and up to wallet-size is preferred. However, any size photo is acceptable. 

  • Name your photo file using this format: Last_First_School_Position

  • (Example:  Johnson_Troy_Bemidji_ AD Assistant.jpg) 

Email your photo to: [email protected]

  • In the Message Field indicate your role:
    • MSHSL School Tournament Card

 

Step 2

*Do NOT do this step until you have submitted your photo. 

Order and pay for your card(s) using the links below.

Ordering is through the MSHSL online store via Shopify. 

  • If you have ordered supplies or tournament cards in the past, you have an account to use. If you have not previously ordered, please create a Shopify account.
  • The cost of each card is $25 + $5 shipping per card.
  • In the Company Field list the full, official name of your school.  

You will receive an email confirmation and receipt after placing your order.

If you cannot pay online with a credit card, submit this order form and a check.  Orders will not be completed until payment is received.
