Minnesota State High School League Coaches can complete courses through the NFHS Learning Center and have the course completion from those courses reflected on their MSHSL Coach Dashboard and their Printable Record of Coach Education Modules available from their MSHSL Dashboard. The NFHS Learning Center provides many free courses.
Syncing NFHS Learning Center courses to your MSHSL Dashboard
1. Confirm the email that you've used with your MSHSL Coach Dashboard Account. You can view (or edit) this under Edit Profile from the top of your Coach Dashboard.
2. Register and create an account at NFHS. Learn using the same email that you have linked to your MSHSL Coach Dashboard account. There is no cost for this.
If you already have an NFHS Account with another email address, you can change your email to match your MSHSL account in My Account--> Edit Log-In Details
3. Select and complete the NFHS Learning Center course. Be sure to stay in the course until completion is ensured.
4. From your MSHSL Dashboard, in the NFHS Learning Center Elective Course section, click Sync Your NFHS Courses to MSHSL. You'll see a green bar indicating course(s) that synced.
5. Confirmation of a successful sync will be displayed on your MSHSL Coach Dashboard.
6. The NFHS Learning Center course will now display in your MSHSL Coach Dashboard Elective Learning section and in your Printable MSHSL Record of Learnings.

My NFHS Learning Center email is different from my MSHSL account, can I sync courses?

Yes, you can add an additional email to your MSHSL Profile. Click Edit Profile near your name at the top of your dashboard, scroll to Optional Information and enter the email tied to your NFHS account in the NFHS Email Box.
Save.
Sync NFHS Courses again.

Does my AD see the NFHS courses a coach has completed?

At this time, the AD does not see NFHS Courses a coach completes. If proof of completion is required, please print and share the Printable Record of Coach Education Modules.

Why doesn't the NFHS Course give a length on the printable report card?

At this time, the NFHS does not provide that information in their export.

Can I complete the required Concussion CER by taking the NFHS Concussion Course?

No. To meet the MSHSL Concussion training requirement, the MSHSL Concussion course must be completed. Courses taken from other providers do not meet the requirement.
