Elizabeth Yetzer was a six-time entrant in the Cross County State Meet and a two-time champion.

Lakeville High School's Elizabeth Yetzer was a six-time entrant in the Cross Country State Meet and a two-time state champion.

Lakeville High School's Elizabeth Yetzer was a running phenom and a standout in Nordic Skiing. 

The 2006 graduate was a two-time Class AA cross country champion and led the Panthers to two team titles. She captured the individual title in her senior season, the fall of 2005, in a time of 13:59.3 for 3,200 meters. Yetzer competed in five cross country state meets. As a seventh-grader, she was fourth, fifth as an eighth-grader, third as a freshman and runner-up as a sophomore.

In the spring, she was a five-time state champion in track and field. At the national level, Yetzer won the two-mile event in the 2005 Nike Outdoor Nationals and was runner-up in 2006.

In Nordic Skiing, she was a two-time all-state selection.
