Coaches Dashboard Set-Up and Login

I'm a brand new coach. How do I set up an account?

Follow the detailed instructions in the Coaches Dashboard Set Up Instructions document at the top of this page.
- New coaches will create a Dashboard and indicate the school they are coaching at.
- The Activities Director will receive a Membership Request notification.
- Once the AD approves the account, the coach will receive an email with further account set-up instructions.
- The AD will then assign the coach to their activities.

My account says it's Blocked. What do I do?

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the Log-In screen follow the prompts for forgot password by clicking the link.
If you no longer have access to the email address you used when you created your Dashboard, please email [email protected].
Using your Coaches Dashboard

On our Team Page, only my first name is showing. How can I fix that?

Log into your Coaches Dashboard and click the Edit your Profile link in the upper left corner.
Scroll done to the DIRECTORY INFORMATION Section. Enter your first AND last name in the "Full Name" field.
Click SAVE at the bottom of the page.

I don't see my sport-specific rules meetings on my Dashboard. What should I do?

Coaches who aren’t seeing the Activity-Specific Online Rules Module and Activity Resources should contact their Activity Director:
Your AD should confirm that you are
- On your School's Members List
- Correctly added to the right sports/activities on the Coach Roster.

How do I change the school that I am affiliated with?

Coaches with existing Dashboards can request affiliation with a school by clicking on the gold button "Request Coach Membership" accessed from the School Page on the website. From the MSHSL website homepage menu, choose Schools and then find the school.
You must be logged into your Dashboard in order to see this button on a school’s page.
When a coach requests membership, the activity director must approve the request and then assign the coach to their activities using the Coach Roster.
Coaches can request removal from a school using these same instructions.

If I'm coaching at two schools, do I need two accounts?

No - you can manage all of your coaching assignments for multiple sports/at multiple schools with a single Coaches Dashboard.

Why is my Head Coaching Certification not showing?

If you received your Head Coach Certification prior to August 2020 and it was designated on our previous website, please email [email protected] and we can verify your certification and update your current Coaches Dashboard.
If you have attended a recent course and have completed the two required online follow-up courses, please email [email protected].
If you are unsure if you currently meet MN State Statute MS122A.33 - Head Coach Licensure, please work with your Activities Director. Your AD can reach out to League staff if they have questions.

Games Wanted and Coaching Opening ads can be viewed under the About menu at the top of the website.
