Defending champion Opdahl leads in Class A dive prelims

Senior Storm Opdahl, the two-time defending champion from Chisago Lakes, leads the Class A diving field at the end of the preliminaries. Opdahl has a score of 332.20. Opdahl’s junior teammate, Jimmy Nord, is in second place at 320.85. Nord earned runner-up honors at the 2021 state meet.
Monticello senior Dakotah Parker follows in third place (309.70). Parker did not qualify for last year’s meet.
The diving finals will take place at noon on Saturday, March 5.
