Girls Lacrosse Championship - Prior Lake 15, Lakeville South 7

Lakeville South (16-2) jumped out to a quick 3-1 lead over No. 1-seeded Prior Lake (18-1) in the championship game, but the Lakers then reeled off eight unanswered goals to go up 9-3 at the break. The barrage continued in the second half with Prior Lake outscoring the No. 2-seeded Cougars 6-4. The final score was 15-7.

This was the second title for Prior Lake; they won their first in 2019.

 Senior Mackenzie Salentre netted six goals for the Lakers and senior Payton Bloedow added six points on four goals and two assists. Sophomore Megan Sporney and senior Jade Haugen scored two goals apiece for Prior Lake.

Senior attacker MacKenzie Crouse and junior attacker Lauren Sheets led Lakeville South with two goals apiece. Junior goalie Lindsay Wirfs made seven saves for the Cougars.

This was the second time these two teams met this season. Prior Lake won the first contest 13-9.
