Zeise of St. Paul Highland Park/SPA in lead after Class AA dive prelims

St. Paul Highland Park/SPA senior Tanner Zeise leads the Class AA field after the preliminary diving rounds. His semifinal score was 296.45.
Andover senior Ben Linde and Eagan sophomore Owen Kipp of are in a battle for the second spot. Linde currently stands at 288.60 and Kipp trails at 282.10. Linde is looking to improve on last year’s fifth-place showing. Neither Zeise nor Kipp qualified for the state meet in 2021.
The diving finals will take place at 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 5.
