2023 Adapted Soccer All-Tournament Teams

Day 3 of the Minnesota State High School League's Football State Tournament semifinals were completed on Saturday, Nov. 18 at U.S. Bank Stadium in downtown Minneapolis. All berths in the Prep Bowl Championship Games on Nov. 24 and Nov. 25 have been filled.

Traditions of excellence continued at the 2023 Girls Swimming and Diving State Meet as Visitation and Edina again claimed team titles. This was Visitation’s 14th championship and Edina’s 19th. The Hornets also set the only all-time state meet record in the 200 medley relay.

It was another great year for the Burnsville/Farmington/Lakeville Cats. They finished with a perfect record of 11-0 and claimed their third consecutive CI championship. In PI, the Robbinsdale/Hopkins/Mound Westonka Robins (10-0) improved on last year’s runner-up showing to claim their 10th title.

Monticello captured the fastest time in four Class A events in the swimming preliminaries of the 2023 Girls Swim and Dive State Meet. In Class AA, Minnetonka had the best preliminary time in five events.

All four of the top seeds advanced to the semifinals in the PI and CI Divisions of the 2023 Adapted Soccer State Tournament. Robbinsdale/Hopkins/Mound Westonka and Minneapolis South advanced in PI and St. Cloud Area and Burnsville/Farmington/Lakeville advanced in CI.

Austin junior Alayna Kennedy (Class A) and Minneapolis Washburn sophomore Madeline Kohel (Class AA) lead their respective classes after Thursday's diving preliminaries.

Fifteen teams will take over Stillwater Area High School this weekend for the Minnesota State High School League’s Adapted Soccer State Tournament. Champions will be crowned in two divisions. Burnsville/Farmington/Lakeville (CI) is looking for its third consecutive title while Dakota United (PI) is competing for its second.

Longtime defending team champions will look to add to their traditions of success when the Minnesota State High School League’s Girls Swimming and Diving State Meet commences later this week. Visitation returns as the nine-time defending champion in Class A, not including 2020 when no tournament was held. Edina is looking for its second consecutive crown and 19th overall.

The Minnesota State High School League's Girls Volleyball State Tournament concluded a four-day run with championship, third-place and consolation finals on Saturday, Nov. 11 at the Xcel Energy Center in downtown St. Paul.
