Most Valuable Teammate Week 26
Maddy suffered a broken ankle right before our first practice and has been in a cast or boot all season. Maddy has become another coach during this absence by attending each practice and meet. At our meets she drives around in a cart and makes sure all the girls have food and just makes sure they are having fun. Without Maddy our program would suffer.

Most Valuable Teammate Week 25
Laura was a brand new golfer four years ago when she started, and she has become an essential leader on the team. Coming from a big family, Laura knows how to include everyone and can always anticipate what others are thinking and how they are feeling. She is willing to ask questions of her coaches and her teammates in order to better everyone’s knowledge, skills and self-efficacy.

Most Valuable Teammate Week 24
Amyah is an exceptional leader and role model. She is always willing to go above and beyond for her teammates and coaches. Her ability to be resilient, respectful and responsible are all qualities that we strive to meet every day within our program. Amyah is a great teammate and has the ability to excel in whatever she puts her mind to.

Most Valuable Teammate Week 23
Lauren demonstrates leadership, a positive attitude and kindness in everything she does on and off the court. When a teammate was diagnosed with cancer, she was the first to live out her leadership by organizing a cancer night with a neighboring team that also has been impacted by cancer. Her compassion for her teammates, our community and humankind makes her an undeniable MVT.

Most Valuable Teammate Week 22
Austyn is one of the best teammates we have ever had. Every day after football practice, he picked up equipment without prompting. He also cleans up the bus after games without being asked. Austyn is a true teammate who sees the needs and does the job without being asked and always seeks team success over personal accomplishment.

Most Valuable Teammate Week 21
Shane is deserving of this award because he shows up every day and does what he has to do to make us better. He is a selfless teammate who wants us to succeed as a team. Shane doesn’t get the playing time he wants but he doesn’t complain, he just keeps showing up and doing his best.

Most Valuable Teammate Week 20
Sadie is a genuine leader with outstanding integrity and high personal standards. She has a strong work ethic and looks for ways to help those around her improve. Sadie is deeply committed to the core values of Breck girls hockey: Integrity, Perseverance, Unity and Humility. She also volunteers with the annual Fall Raking for the elderly event and the annual Special Olympics Minnesota Poly Hockey Tournament.

Most Valuable Teammate Week 19
Wyatt has been a big part of the Kasson-Mantorville wrestling program as our student manager for three years. He brings his smile and energy into the wrestling room every day. Wyatt comes to every practice and meet and is always looking for ways to contribute to the team. With his commitment and dedication to his team, Wyatt is our Most Valuable Teammate.

Most Valuable Teammate Week 18
Julia had her senior season come to an abrupt end just as it was getting started. After suffering a torn ACL in the first half of the first home soccer game, she has taken on a new role as a writer for JordanActivities.org. She provides a much-needed student voice, recognizing athletes, coaches and fine artists with her weekly "Love Maroon Live Gold" column on JordanActivities.org.

Most Valuable Teammate Week 17
Hailey is a perfect example of what hard work and determination look like. She balances being a member of the varsity jazz, varsity high kick and basketball teams, attending two practices a day along with maintaining a 3.95 grade-point average. She comes to practice with the best attitude and makes everyone feel included. Hailey is an amazing teammate who excels in everything she does!
