Top-seeded Cretin-Derham Hall claimed its 12th state championship and first since 2007 with a 3-2 victory over No. 3 Minnetonka in the final game of the Minnesota State High School League's 2025 Baseball State Tournament and Prep Championship Series.

Mahtomedi pitcher Winston Wisely struck out nine batters, retired 12 of 13 at one point, and helped the No. 3 seed Zephyrs claim their third state title with a complete-game 6-2 victory in the Class AAA Baseball state championship game on Saturday, June 14 at Target Field.

Top-seeded Edina (18-1) won its first championship after defeating No. 2 Stillwater Area 9-7 in the title game of the Boys Lacrosse State Tournament.

Top-seeded Prior Lake (19-0) completed a perfect season to claim its third championship with a 13-8 victory over No. 3 Stillwater Area (15-3) in the Girls Lacrosse State Tournament.

No. 3 seed Pine Island earned its first state championship with a 2-1 victory over No. 4 Glencoe-Silver Lake in the second game of the Minnesota State High School League's Prep Championship Series.

Red Lake County accumulated double-digit hits for the third straight State Tournament game and claimed its first state championship with a 15-7 victory over New Ulm Cathedral in the first game of the Minnesota State High School League's 2025 Prep Championship Series.

The League's Prep Championship Series features four championship games on Saturday, June 14 at Target Field in downtown Minneapolis.
