East Ridge and Benilde-St. Margaret's set the bar for the Minnesota State High School League's 2025 Boys Lacrosse State Tournament high with an overtime game to begin the quarterfinal round on Tuesday, June 10 at Eden Prairie High School.

Here's a look at what happened in all four games:

East Ridge 7, Benilde-St. Margaret's 6 (OT)

Tuesday was already set to be a historic day for the East Ridge Boys Lacrosse program. It turned into something much more.

The No. 6 seed Raptors not only made their Boys Lacrosse State Tournament debut, they earned their first state tournament victory and knocked out the defending state champion in the process.

Sophomore Leo Stalsberg fired in the game-winning goal 53 seconds into the overtime period to send the Raptors (13-4) to Thursday's 3 p.m. semifinals with a 7-6 victory over No. 3 seed Benilde-St. Margaret's

Benilde St. Margaret's (13-4) jumped out to a 6-1 halftime lead, but East Ridge scored six unanswered goals to come back and stun the Red Knights.

Kade Baron scored three goals for the Raptors, including the game-tying goal with 5:54 remaining in the fourth quarter.

Stillwater Area 14, Moorhead 3

The unbeaten Ponies (17-0) scored six times in the first quarter, built a 9-2 halftime lead and stayed undefeated on their way to the semifinals to face East Ridge.

Eight Stillwater players found the net, led by three goals from Anderson Wagner.

Evan Wanner scored twice for the Spuds (13-4).

Lakeville North 12, Minnetonka 8

The start belonged to Minnetonka. The end was all Lakeville North.

The No. 5 seed Panthers (13-4) held the fourth-seeded Skippers to two second-half goals, breaking away from a 6-6 tie to advance to the semifinals for the third year in a row, Thursday at 5 p.m.

Minnetonka (13-4) scored twice within the first minute of the game and led 5-3 after the first quarter.

Jackson Whalen, Blake Piscitiello and Lane Johnson scored three goals apiece to lead the Lakeville North rally.

Edina 17, Blaine 6

The top-seeded Hornets (16-1) scored the only five goals in the first quarter and upped their lead to 10-2 at the half.

Luke Seaman and Cooper Anderson both scored four goals. Lincoln Gentry contributed four assists to go with a pair of goals.
